Nightbreed: Still a cheesy horror film. But it's so bad it's funny.

The Arrangement 1969. Kirk Douglas, Faye Dunaway, Deborah Kerr. Written and directed by Elia Kazan.

Highly styled, lots of camera tricks, with good performances, especially Faye and I think it was her first big role where she played a strong and sexually confident woman. I saw a lot of Sharon Stone's acting style in Faye. Kirk was very interesting to watch. The character was having way more than your average mistress/fancy car 1960's affair (a la Mad Men) - I think today he'd be diagnosed as bi-polar. It's quirky and melodramatic. All had some real emotional moments.

Oh, I forgot about the nudity. So much butt nudity on all three stars and this was 1969. Brando didn't want to do this film.

Yes. Jean Seberg was lovely as the benignly toxic teen. Say that ten times.

Now I'm watching Thank You for Smoking. Pretty good.

I ended up liking it a lot more than I thought I would. But I've always liked Aaron Eckhart.

Jungle Fever: Still a powerful & sometimes funny movie. I don't care how many movies Samuel L. Jackson does he'll ALWAYS be 'Gator' to me.

Cleopatra - Liz Taylor and Richard Burton, Roddy McDowell, Rex Harrison with all this star power, costing more than any other movie of it's time, with beautiful sets and pristine costumes - it sucked it's not the movie I remember as a pre-teen, when I wanted to look like Liz. Richard Burton seemed to be spitting his lines at the camera.

What the movie truly lacked was a better director and screen writer.
