^^ we saw Sherlock Holmes today and liked it. Robert Downey Jr and Jude Law did a great job!

So many really good movies and I have yet to see Brothers - but Nine is next on the list.

Barbarella. A monument of kitsch. Thoroughly ridiculous, thoroughly enjoyable

Seven Pounds. Much better than I thought it would be. I'll give Will Smith credit for one thing, he can really move effortlessly between action & drama.

I have NEVER seen Barbarella. I'm the worst gay there is.

    Me too.

Watched Up last night. Cried like a baby for the first several minutes. That's what being a middle aged woman with an elderly mother will do to you while watching this. I loved it.

Finally, finally saw 2012. What a mind-numbingly dumb and disappointing movie. And the ending is so fucking corny I almost walked out.

Barb Wire. I heard the movie was bad, but Pam Anderson really is the worst actress I've ever seen.

Legal Eagles (DVD), Robert Redford, Debra Winger and Daryl Hanna.
Fluff, but enjoyable, especially because Redford does clumsy so well.
Probably one of the last movies in which he could pull off the naturally
very attractive/handsome thing, but at least he hadn't had his eyes
    done yet.

Sherlock Holmes I really liked it and I'm happy for Robert Downey Jr. maybe he can alternate Ironman and Sherlock Holmes movies with a few others splashed in. He's really looking good too. He's come a logn way.

I saw it when I was 11. I was sleeping over at someone else's house and couldn't sleep so I quietly tiptoed down in the middle of the night to watch the tv with the volume turned way down. I forgot about their damn budgies in the cage behind my chair until they made noises at a really tense moment. Scared the crap out of me too.

    It's Complicated

Meryl can same more with her cheekbones than any other actress. It's very funny and very entertaining and daaayyyyum I want her house in the movie.
