If only his storylines and plots could catch up.

The Bachelor w/Chris O'Donnell and my man Artie Lange. Oh, and that nut Renee Zellwegger before she fucked her face up.

It was horrifyingly bad. Only reason I watched it was because there was literally nothing else on and I couldn't sleep. Even Artie, who I love, was terrible. Two thumbs DOWN.

True. He continued the same trend with 2012. But I like Emmerich's movies, for some reason.

Although one of the things that made me laugh in 2012 was that despite the entire world blowing up around them certain characters lived under the craziest circumstances, and they NEVER ended up with any scratches or bruises, and their clothes stayed clean.

Someone like you with Ashley Judd and Hugh Jackman. It was cute.

I also watched the original Psycho again, good stuff!

Yeah, his movies are at the most entertaining as hell; several sequences in The Day After Tomorrow bordered on the brilliant.

I just don't see how that RV, limo or even airplane were able to survive the chaos around them...

RocknRolla: Great, funny movie. I hope they make that sequel 'The Real RocknRolla.'

Yeah, his movies are entertaining. His big problem is that he tries to focus on so many characters that he shortchanges the storytelling. If he trimmed the roster of characters down he could flesh the story out more. His action sequences are brilliant. He definitely went balls out with the CGI. But he's, literally, going to have to blow the damn planet up in his next 'destroy the earth' movie to top 2012.

And I'm shocked that most of the cast survived the chaos around them, unscathed.

Ali. Will Smith had the voice down well, but he's just too ugly to be playing
prime Muhammad Ali. All in all it was more a bunch of sketches than a coherent
movie. And the parts they decided to tackle are all pretty much available in
documentaries on and with the real Ali.

Will isn't ugly, but he uglied himself up to play Ali. Looked like he had fake teeth and a bad haircut. And Ali was a beautiful man, so there was no need. And it was a godawful performance, IMO.

Saw "Boondock Saints II: All Saints Day" thursday. Just as fun as the first one, but a little too Hollywoodized for me. It should do well with the college crowd.

Sean Patrick Flanery has done something funky to his face.
Norman Reedus (Helena Christensen's cast-off boytoy & father of her only child) looks the same, but with futons under his eyes

whatever works -- typical woody allen. it's almost comical how larry david's character has absolutely no redeeming qualities...makes the CYE larry david look mild. i liked it, though...evan rachel wood & patricia clarkson were quite good.

ghosts of girlfriends past -- i'm almost embarrassed to admit that i watched this movie; even more embarrassed that i kind of liked it.

IceAge 3 - Dawn of the Dinosaurs...
I'm not ashamed to admit that me and the boy sat there Saturday night and ate popcorn and dipped oreo cookies in milk and laughed our asses off. that scene with Manny, Diego, Crash, Eddie and Buck breathing the gas had me literally crying!

I bought that one yesterday so that my son can take it with him over the Thanksgiving Holiday to grandma's.

My roommate and I rented The Ugly Truth (my roomie is a Heigl fan), it wasn't totally bad...

    Although Gerard Butler helped immensely!
