It's like it tried to hard to be funny. The acting wasn't bad, just the movie in general.

Yeah, I would wait...but that's just me. It was long and just not that funny. Can't put my finger on it.

I'll always love Matt, even if some of his flicks aren't the bestest.

Point of No Return: I hadn't seen this movie in years. Still holds up. But it would've been a better movie without Bridget Fonda.

Snow Dogs: Decent movie. But another film with Cuba Gooding Jr. acting like a bumbling idiot.

    House of D

Robin Williams, Erika Badeau (sp?), David Duchovney, Tea Leoni and some younger kid that I have never seen before. One of those Indy films made about 5 yrs ago. Wasn't bad. Interesting. Anyone else ever seen it??

Cadillac Records: Great movie, which was much better than I expected. And Adrien Brody, Jeffrey Wright, Mos Def & Gabrielle Union did really good jobs with their performances.

Beyonce couldn't pull off Etta James, no shock there, although she did well with the singing parts.

The Dark Knight which, believe it or not, I'd managed to miss in the cinemas even though I'm a huge geek and I had loved Batman Begins.

To be honest, I didn't like it very much. I thought Heath Ledger's performance was fantastic but the rest was a little boring for me and tacked on.

I think my boyfriend was wondering whether it was ok to break up with me just for not liking that movie. He's such a nerd sometimes.

At the cinema I watched a very explicit documentary called Graphic Sexual Horror. It was about an extreme BDSM site called Insex. I hadn't heard anything about that site, ever but yikes, it was creepy. The extreme bondage stuff really looks like something out of the handiwork of a serial killer. Though a lot of the imagery had an artistic quality. And some of it looked just daft. On the other hand, it was kinda nice to see pornography featuring women with real hot bodies, no plastic tits and too thin, fake tanned bodies. On the other hand, some of the bondage stuff would have probably popped any silicone tits like balloons, lol. If your stomach can take it, it was quite a cool documentary actually.

Dark Angel - 1990 (click on title for plot summary – from IMDB).

Dolph Lundgren is a cop investigating strange deaths along with an FBI agent.

This film is better than it sounds. Sort of thing they used to do in the late 80’s. Loved it. It definitely falls into the ‘So bad it’s good category’.

A Love Song for Bobby Long - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

I loved it, but that's just me I guess. The music was wonderful.

Evil (Ondskan) - A Swedish movie about boys torturing each other at a boarding school. It was really very good, but the ending was ruined by trying to make it into a Rocky-redemption thing. Worth a watch.

I'm not surprised by this....she's been mediocre in everything I've seen her in. And she's in EVERYTHING. I'm surprised Matthew Knowles didn't try to create a role for her in the Twilight franchise.

The Chumscrubbers (yeah, I know what the title reads like at first glance): It was a pretty good movie about teen suicide, prescription drugs and kidnapping in the suburbs. It sounds like a depressing movie, but it was actually a dark comedy.

That says it all right there. She needs to retire or take a break.

Matthew is too busy trying to make sure that Beyond-Ego portrays EVERY famous black person who ever lived.
