we watched adventureland last night. it was such a good story & had so many great scenes. one of the main things i noticed was how kristen stewart was much more enjoyable in this, as opposed to the awful twilight.

State of Play. It was very good. Much more tense and suspenseful than I thought it would be. All the perfs were excellent.

Vantage Point. It stars Dennis Quaid, William Hurt and Forest Whitaker. Hands down, one of the BEST political thrillers I've ever seen. The basic premise is that there is an assassination attempt on the president's life and it's told from the 'vantage point' of different people. Just when you think you know where the plot is going they hit you with another twist. The best thing about the movie was that it was character-driven and not plot driven. I'm going to have to remember to buy this movie.

Don't Mess With The Zohan. It was okay. Not laugh out loud funny, but it was entertaining. It seemed to have a message about peace in the Middle East. I thought all of the celebrity cameos were good, until Mariah Carey showed up to sing and talk.

I haven't seen it yet but LOOOOVED Harvie Krumpet! Bought DVDs of that one year for everybody for Christmas because I just had to share.

We watched Get Smart last night, that was a mistake since it made my son start crying with some of the slapstick. Today was Nim's Island which was pretty good for a kid's movie.

Unlike Blazing Saddles which we're watching right now, lol. Thank God AMC bleeps!

The Rocky Horror Picture Show. Hmm, I think I'll need a second viewing to get properly.

Jason's Lyric - I remember it being a pretty nice movie. Upon watching it again after all these years, have to say the acting sucked hard.

Fast and Furious...load of crap. Shouldn't have wasted my money. Poor excuse for a fourth movie.

Obviously Van Diesel and Co needed the money. The action scenes were over the top and the plot very thin.

Don't see this at all...it's awful!

Rosemary's Baby... it was alright, it didn't scare me. I know it's a classic, but I like scary horror movies.
