^I plan never to watch THAT.

Angel Eyes - Jennifer Lopez, Jim Caviezel. The back cover info made it sound a lot more exciting than it was. Promising... but didn't deliver.

Is it unbearably disturbing? I am curious, but not enough to watch it. I have a feeling it'll upset me way too much.

Well I'll put it this way...I've seen worse. Much worse.

It takes a lot to disturb me and this disturbed me...there were some parts that were worse than others but I wouldn't necessarily say it's unbearable but it definitely keeps you on the edge of your seat, keeps you guessing.

The most disturbing aspect of it is that it has such a sense of realism to it...things like this can and have happened to people IRL.

The way the film is shot too is just creepy and unsettling.

To anyone thinking about watching this if you have a weak stomach/easily offended/sensitive I'd say stay far, far away from this movie.

I saw it. I didn't think it was that bad, but then I love horror films. It was very disturbing with a vey depressing ending. Suffice it to say there is no happy ending in it. Naomi Watts was very good. It was a keep you on the edge of your seat movie.

I saw Doubt the other night. Yeah Meryl Steep and PSH were great. Fantastic acting on their parts. I HATED the ending though. Really hated it. I wanted to know, one way or another. I guess that's where the title comes in.

The Changeling. Well, it was pretty grim but I liked it. Good acting from Angelina and co.

Saw V is by far the worst of the 'Saw' franchise so far. It was boring, predictable and not enough gruesome moments.

I really liked the movie. Stuck with me for a long time.

    ***********

Twilight - the trailer sucked so I wouldn't go see the movie. The movie comes on PPV and the husband wants to see it.
They stuck to the book, the acting wasn't half bad. Hand held camera's for the special effects sucked. The make up was gosh awful, my Edward would not wear lipstick or clown white make up.
But.......... my husband liked it and I can't say I hated it.......... geez.

Because it's that time of the year: "Jesus Christ Superstar" on DVD,
the magnificent original 1973 version with stellar performances of
Ted Neeley as Jesus and the late great Carl Anderson as Judas.

Warren Beatty: actor, director, writer, producer.
