I watched The Queen the other night and I enjoyed it more than I thought I would...

    Kill It.
Kill everything... that IS the solution!

the pursuit of happyness: it was okay. the problem for me was i didn't like will smith's character. i also thought thandie newton was portrayed as too shrewish and it was some lazy acting on her part. will's son was iffy.
not what i expected. wouldn't recommend it.

I saw this movie a while ago and it didn't do much for me. I'm not really a fan of comedies, though.

    the illusionist.
man, it sucked. jessica biel is pathetically bad but even without her it would have sucked. the script is just ridiculously bad. i felt sorry for edward norton wasting his talent on this one.

The Simpsons - (****) If you're a fan of the show, there's no reason not to see this. If you're not a fan of the show and your bored, this is a good movie for you. They did a really good job with it.

I Know Who Killed Me - (-*****) I'm not even going to go further than that with this.

That is one of my all time favorite chick movies. Everyone was so dang cute and if Kate Hudson were more attractive than in that movie I think I'd have to kill myself. Also, I slow-mo the scene where Mr. MM changes his shirt off when he comes into the office. I've had to replace my remote batteries just from that one scene.

Anywhoo....watched Zodiac last night. Long, long, long. I never really heard much about that killer, but it was an interesting story. Just think they could have told the same story in much less time without sacrificing anything.

    Two good ones, recently:

State and Main: really hilarious and cynical movie starring many familiar faces.
It's about a Hollywood cast and crew descending upon a small town to do
a location shoot for a movie. In it are, amongst others, Julia Styles, William H. Macy, Sarah Jessica Parker, Alec Baldwin, Philip Seymour Hoffman and Charles Durning.

For the gazillionth time: Arsenic and Old Lace. Legendary comedy starring
Cary Grant, Peter Lorre and Raymond Massey. Never fails to get me on the
    floor laughing.
Warren Beatty: actor, director, writer, producer.

Both of these movies were above average:

    Zodiac ***
    The Number 23***

And Hot Fuzz was ***** If anyone likes the Shaun of the Dead type humor, you'll love this.
If you can't be a good example -- then you'll just have to be a horrible warning
