I just watched "Henry Poole was Here" with Luke Wilson.

It started out very well, albeit, a little slow to get moving, but then seemed to rush to the end.

It was actually a good movie (far better than I assumed it would be) and it had me really liking Luke Wilson and wondering why he wasn't doing more movies. He's also a lot more pleasing to the eye than his ick brother, Owen.

Emily Rose freaked me the fuck out. Haven't seen Quarantine.

Someone above mentioned having seen Metropolis. I read a while ago that they found the famous 'lost' footage in an Argentinian museum. Hopefully we'll soon get a chance to see the fully restored version.

The "Watchmen" it was way too long and I thought it sucked big time. It was also annoying that the blue guys genitals were all up in my face....eeewww

The Last House On The Left. It was very unsettling, I winced a few times...but it was good. We were on the edges of our seats pretty much.

the watchmen. i really liked it. my little brother called it a nerdgasm of a movie, and he's right. it's really campy too (the sex scene is all soft-porny and hilarious) and the blue dick is pretty funny too.

"Cloverfield", I finally sat down and watched it after I heard about lame it was. Compared to this, The Blair Witch project should have won an oscar.

^^i went to see it before it opened in theaters and there were people in there with kids who looked to be around 5 or 6 tops. i couldn't believe that the theater would let them in! there is a graphic rape scene in the movie as well as a bunch of other violence.

    ^ Yeah, that's weird.
Some people just shouldn't be parents. You can clearly tell from the previews that it's not kid friendly.

You should do yourself a favor and just watch the original Last House on the Left. It left me feeling bad and dirty. The remake not so much. Tried to throw a happy ending in there.

^ Oh, I didn't know there was an original. Thanks, Gas. I will have to check that out!
