but i would say yes. we were allowed to watch that kind of movie when we were little.
I think that came out when my son and my nephew were 9 and I took both of them to the movies to see it. I hated it, they loved it. There were only about 6 other people in the theater and all adults - the only laughs we got from that movie was when my boys would cackle at something stupid and nearly bust a gut.

I didn't see or hear anything that kids couldn't enjoy. Plus, there were a lot of little kids in the movie. So, it should be okay for the heathens.

We hated it the first time we watched it. The 2nd time it was a lot better.
We have that happen quite often. Cable Guy was the same way for us.

I own that, but can't find the DVD right now. It's such campy fun! If someone likes The Rocky Horror Picture Show, then they should enjoy POTP.

I've got to buy a new DVD player. The current one keeps freezing. I'm missing out on talking about movies here!

ugh, i saw that in the theatre. I wanted Jim Carrey's character to die just so we could leave.

I just bought Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back and plan to watch it this weekend. For some reason I've always found it hilarious.

Oh man, I LOVED that movie. I could quote it all day. My favorite part was when Paul Rudd said "pick us up at 4" and the black kid slammed the door and said "fuck you, Miss Daisy." My girlfriend and I can't stop saying it. That whole movie was all kinds of awesome, I loved the interaction between the weird kid and Paul Rudd, it was hilarious but kind of touching at the same time.

Watchmen. Yes. As a fan of the graphic novel I was happy with it. I went with friends who had not read them or even knew what the book was really about, and they enjoyed it too, althouh we all found Dr.Manhatten's blue todger a bit distracting..and people were laughing out loud at the sex scene...and not in a good way!
