I saw Wanted some time ago, and the one thing I thought afterwards was that it's so over the top. But at the same time, you have to leave reality outside and just go along for the ride. Some movies are just fantasies. It wasn't great, but it was entertaining.

    The Wrestler.

Mickey Rourke was absolutely heartbreaking and amazing in it. I very rarely cry at movies but he broke my heart. Marisa Tomei was good also and Evan Rachel Wood as well. Tsk...he got robbed. Sorry, Sean Penn is a great actor and all, but that Oscar should've been Mickey's!

I watched the secret lives of bees. I liked it, though I had a bad week last week and cried through the whole damn thing. I loved May's wailing wall.

The Apartment- I love Billy Wilder and Jack Lemmon

City of God- brutal and brilliant, woke up thinking about it the next day

    Runaway Jury- meh

There Will Be Blood- I hate Paul Thomas Anderson. He's pretentious and makes everything boring. Except for the "bastard from a basket" scene. That was pretty memorable.

He was so wonderful in that. So was Shirley. Billy Wilder is my favorite director.

Four Weddings and a Funeral. Meh.
Nine and a half weeks... as good as I remember it.

But oh so sad what Mickey did to his face!

Little Children: Good movie with an ending that I didn't see coming.

The Caveman's Valentine: Decent movie. Too bad Samuel Jackson basically remade the same movie a few years ago with Resurrecting The Champ, down to the same dreadlocks.

Grand Canyon: Still as good as I remember.
