    Fame

Directed by Alan Parker of Bugsy Malone fame. It follows three years in lives of students at New Yorks famed High School for the Performing Arts.

While this wasn't as good as i thought it would be, the performances were excellent and felt very real.

    The Faculty

From IMDB: Students suspect that their teachers are aliens after bizarre occurances.

    The Faculty (1998)

A really fun horror movie with a great twist at the end. I haven't seen it in a while and although it isn't scary. It is fun to watch.

30 Days of Night. It was an okay horror movie, but I fell asleep before the ending.

But I'm a Cheerleader. It's a decent satire, but not great. I was hoping it would be more like Drop Dead Gorgeous.

Just got back from seeing a screening of Role Models (Seann William Scott, Paul Rudd). It actually was surprisingly funny, had some good laughs. Definitely a movie that doesn't make you think too hard, lots of sex humor, you know, that kinda flick. But good if you just want to unwind, laugh, and relax.

Come and See (Idi i smotri) a Soviet movie about WWII. I can't believe it was made in 1985! It looked completely modern. Fantastic production values and the performances completely blew me away.

    'Forgetting Sarah Marshall'

I actually kinda enjoyed it, I love Paul Rudd, and his stoner-hippy type character in this cracked me up..

'I stopped wearing a watch when I came to Hawaii'

    'Wow! cool!'

'Well, my phone's got a little clock on it...'

Eleni (1985) - great movie but incredibly sad.
