I read the book first, which is probably why I preferred it to the movie. There was so much more to the book than the movie version.

    Lord of War.

I really enjoyed it, even though I normally hate Nicholas Cage-he's far more convincing as an amoral bastard than any kind of hero. Jared Leto was great as his junkie brother; no surprises there!

    The Wackness
Hated this film; it tried so hard to be cool, trendy and hip. Instead it’s dull, boring and tedious. However the performances are good; particularly from the lead actor and Ben Kingsley.

Interview with Sienna Miller and Steve Buscemi.

    Not bad.

The Manchurian Candidate-the remake, not the original. I rather enjoyed it.

Secret Window with Johnny Depp. Intriguing story until the tape broke half way through.

Saw Howl's Moving Castle last night.

I liked it a great deal, though I don't think its for everyone.
