Proof is that the one with a very young Russell Crowe and Hugo Weaving? or G Paltrow.

The one with Russell Crowe is one of my favourite Australian films, awesome film about honesty and friendships/relationships

No Proof came out within the last year... different than the Russell Crowe movie. This one has Jake Gyllenhaal.

    i loved volver. amazing movie.

i went to the cinema this afternoon and saw 'ensemble, c'est tout'. it's a pretty sweet little movie, a love story but not cheesy at all. it stars audrey tautou and the delicious guillaume canet (the french guy in 'the beach'.

Proof wasn't too bad ... a bit slow, but it passed the time.

I caught Friends with Money on Sunday night and I still haven't figured out what the point of the movie was. There was no plot whatsoever.

Don't know if it counts as a movie, but I recently rewatched the original Reefer Madness from the fifties. Cracked me up!

No, I didn't, but I'm not terribly bright.

I also didnt see that twist coming, that sure was unexpected. But poor Clive Owen - wasnt that one night enough torment.

Friends with Money was a let down. The beginning of the movie was about the rich friends who appeared to be perfect but had martial issues to deal with at home, but then the plot just got lost.

I just watched Notes on a Scandal last night. After having seen both The Queen and Notes, I actually think Judi Dench shoulda edged out Helen Mirren for the Oscar. Amazing performace.

And decades before crack was even invented!

One of my favourite parts is where the lecturer-type says something along the lines of "...dangerous drugs like heroin, cocaine, and the worst drug of all, marijuana".
