finally saw 'control'. great movie. no surprises of course but fantastic acting and the whole thing is very straightforward and tasteful. and great music, of course. not just joy division but also bowie, iggy pop, new order, etc...

I am currently watching Airplane. Hate to say, it's my first time. So far i'm enjoying it.

I also just watched Boogie Nights and it was very good.

Firestarter. It's kind of old and cheesy, but was fun to watch again.

Drew Barrymore was/is such a lil cutie.

Murder by numbers. I finally got around to watching it even if it came out several years ago... I liked it, but I'm so partial to Michael Pitt I think I would have liked the movie anyway.

Nicolas Cage and his last Treasure movie - can't think of the name b/c I hated the movie. First Nic's hair line is disappearing faster than the artic ice and dying it black isn't helping. The movie was poorly acted and there were 4 Oscar Winners in that dog. The best part of the movie was the ending credits. Wasn't worth the 4 bucks we paid PPV.

'Ray' w/Jamie Foxx. Was quite good and see why he won the Oscar.

    I liked it!

Some funny parts, but I was upset that David Hyde Pierce didn't do the part of "Abe".

I liked the first one better, but both were extremely mediocre.
DHP is in that movie? Not my Nigel!!! I thought he just did artsy Broadway stuff now.

We started to watch Blades of Glory. I'm all for goofy humor but it was so stupid, we turned it off after 45 minutes. After that my husband turned on Multiplicity which is an old Michael Keaton/Andi McDowell movie from the late 90s. MK clones himself so he can be a better husband/parent/employee but it all backfires. Yes, it too was a stellar piece of crap.

    Wanted.
    I expected more.
Angelina is too thin. Common is sexy and I am in love with James Mcavoy now.
