Watched Ladies in Lavender and Mrs. Henderson Presents -- kind of a Judi Dench film fest. They are both good, but I preferred the former.

Watched The Queen again. Still knocked out by how good Helen Mirren is in that. And the guy who plays Tony Blair nailed him perfectly.

"American Pop", classic movie about different generations involving music and ordeals they went through. The animation is unbelivable, using rotoscoping with live animation then traced frame by frame. Everytime I watch that movie Im just in awe of the whole process.

^ At least Clive did a good job in that. We watch Shoot Em' Up this weekend and that has to be one of the most pointless movies I have ever watched. Between Clive and his carrot addiction and Monica Bellucci's anus lips and horrible voice it was enough to wish for deafness and going blind.

I liked Shoot -em up. It was supposed to be kitschy.

ANyway, I watched Superbad this weekend and it was.

I watched Flatliners last night, before bed. *shivers*

Yeah, I know it was but it still sucked to me. I am glad someone enjoyed it though.
I guess I am just used to Clive being a fairly good actor. I thought this knocked him down a little.

I watched Juno last night. It was so sweet, and totally funny. Great movie and an honest take on teen pregnancy. Ellen Page is wonderful. Loved the soundtrack too.

I was struggling not to cry at many parts. Esp. the parts where Jennifer Garner (and keep in mind I don't care for this bitch at all) heartbreakingly shows how very badly she wants a child and her devastation at not being able to have one.

Quite a few "Children of Men" watchers over the last couple of days...HBO?

DVR'd that one and watched it and then watched We Are Marshall. Both very good movies.

I'm DVR'ing (is that a word?) The Last King of Scotland tonight. Anyone see that? Any good if you did see it?

Yeah, HBO has been playing Children of Men a lot lately, along with all of the Back to the Future movies.

Hopefully, I can catch We Are Marshall and The Last King of Scotland this week. I heard Last King was really good.

Why didn't you like Children of Men? I mean, I missed the first half hour of it, and only kept watching it because there was nothing else on, and then the story just pulled me in.

Yeah, and I love Green Mile, too. Now that was a good movie.
