I saw the "Butterfly Effect". What a good movie. I thought it was going to be scary but it was just sad in the end.****

The pursuit of happyness ( happiness ) with Will Smith.
This is an amazing movie, I will not stress that enough. It's a tear jerker and you all must see it.

Das Leben der Anderen (The Life Of Others) -*****
Absolutely phenomenal, well worth the Oscar. I recommend it without reservations.

I finally saw Babel last night. Its a great movie but The Departed did deserve Best Picture at the Oscars. Don't believe the hype.

I finally saw "The Depah-ted" last weekend. I watched it 3 times. Great movie, it certainly deserved an Oscar.

I just watched Herbie, fully loaded. I would not have bothered if matt dillon wasn't in it, i didn't know he was at first. He's hilarious in it. Pretty sad to see Lindsay when she was still normal. She is very likeable in this movie, i must say.
Anyway, it wasn't that bad. 3 *'s.

I watched Memoirs of a Geisha last night [On Demand]. It was quite a long movie and the scenes where she was actually being a geisha were few and extremely brief. The movie seemed to focus more on everything else in her life. For something that was supposed to be such a huge part of who she was, it sure didn't figure prominently. For that reason, I am only giving it ***.
The scenery was gorgeous though, and the women were just stunning.
