We saw The Reaping yesterday. I wouldn't even recommend renting it, that's how bad it was.
We rented Sublime tonight. I thought it was very good. If you have fears about going into the hospital like I do, it might be scary.

My boyfriend made me watch Sin City with him, I though I was gonna die through it! to my suprise it's actually okay, a bit too violent for me and the story line was wacky...lets say it was enough to keep me entertained. Josh Harnett was yummy

Recenly watched a bootleg version of Blades of Glory. It was actually a pretty funny movie for it being PG-13, though Jon Heder stil lreminds me of Napoleaon Dynamite.

This is my list:
When you need courage: To Kill A Mockingbird, The Color Purple.
When you need to laugh OR to recover:
Drumline or Blues Brothers
Saw "Black Dahlia" ...what a total waste!

Turistas, not a good movie to watch when your daughter is half way around the world taking a 6 hour train trip to Berlin for a weekend alone!

My 23 year old brother LOVED the black dahlia, does Scarlett take her clothes off in it, because that might possibly be why. He is obsessed with her, i doubt he even noticed the movie had no storyline.
I watched Syriana for the first time today. There's a particularly gruesome scene involving george clooney, pliers and fingernails. Horrible.

the Black Dahlia was so boring i could barely keep my eyes open.
Stay Young, I hate anything to do with fingernails being ripped off, I couldn't get over the part where the guys nails came off in the texas chainsaw massacre (the one with jessica biel).

I'm disappointed because my brother usually has really good taste in movies and i loved everything he recommended.
And the fingernail scene in Syriana is awful. Add to the fact that he'd already had the shit kicked out of him. I hate watching torture, i dont even know why i bothered with this movie, i know george got an oscar for it, so i was curious.

I watched Casino Royale this weekend. It sucked. I don't know what everyone was raving about. Daniel Craig is not, and will never be, Bond.

Brokedown Palace with Claire Danes, and Kate Beckinsale. It was GREAT. Not a feel good movie at all, had me crying in alot of scenes, but the ending is depressing/heart warming and you dot see it coming- to me thats the best kind of movie. You have to see it to know what I'm talking about. Meanwhile it makes me never want to go to Thailand- not that I've ever wanted to anyway.
