be kind rewind.
GO SEE THIS MOVIE.
i'm serious. it's simply amazing. funny and original and totally inventive and another great trip through the genius childlike brain of michel gondry.
jack black and mos def and all the rest of the actors are amazing and i have a belly ache from laughing so hard.

Oh man Sputnik I have wanted to see that for ages, the trailer alone is brilliant. "I am Robocop"....seriously the premise alone is wonderful. I'm so glad the movie was as good as I imagined, I can't wait to see this one.

^^^
it's totally silly. michel gondry is one of those directors that you either love or hate, kind of like wes anderson.
it's really great though, like an extra-wacky and absurdist hybrid of his 2 previous movies, dave chappelle's block party and the science of sleep.

Um, don't you mean HBC? If not you're gonna have to explain to me what you mean about a TV channel not having "the voice",

Oooops.

Cruel Intentions. Such a great movie, one of the classics of this day and age, imo.

Apollo 13 ... love Tom Hanks.
Before watching it, I had a grand old time reading a persistant conspiracy theorist's postings on IMDB.

Into the Wild. It was really good. I didn't care for the ending though.

Striking Distance, with Bruce Willis and Sarah Jessica Parker. It wasn't bad.

I take back every kudos I ever gave to M.Night Shamalan (sp?)
I watched "Lady in the Water" last night, not only did it make it into my top 10 WORST movies list, but it also sucked so bad it syphoned points off of the subtle charms of his other movies for me.

In The Name of the King: A Dungeon Seige Tale - an okay rip off of LOTR's. The best thing in it was Jason Stratham...i wish he would do better movies...
Tell No One - a french film and adaptation of an American thriller. Pretty good. The lead actor is excellent and kind of sexy...

Ok, I watched 28 Weeks Later the other day. I didn't see the first one, but my brother filled me in on what happened. I normally don't get scared, but this movie scared the bejesus out of me.
I rented Gone Baby Gone tonight, and I hope it's good. Has anyone seen it?
