That's at the top of my queue. I'm looking forward to it.
We saw Tourista. Very boring. Kind of gory. Definitely not scary. The only good thing was the glorious Josh Duhamel, who was shirtless for most of the movie.

Blades of Glory.
HILARIOUS and highly recommended. My BF and I saw it on a double date with another couple and everyone enjoyed it. People were clapping and cheering at the end.

Reds, on DVD, the 25th anniversary edition. Had only seen about three quarters of the movie sometime in the early nineties. Am now able to appreciate it much more. The acting is wonderful, it even makes me enjoy the subject matter, so that's how good the acting is. The style with the witnesses is fantastic, because the individuals chosen to witness are real originals, fascinating people. The documentary about the movie with interviews with Beatty, Nicholson, Sorvino, Storraro and many more gives a wonderful insight into the making. But: definitely a movie you have to watch more than once because of its pace and its high intellectual level.

^I'd like to see that. I'll put it in my Netflix queue. It's been a long time... though I've caught bit and pieces of it here and there since then.

Yes, I'm prejudiced, but the documentary proves that Beatty is really a natural, instinctive genius in filmmaking. They don't all just kiss his ass in the interviews, but they sketch the man perfectly, warts and all. And how, as it turned out, the warts made for a much better end result than any of them thought it would have been, had he followed their ideas and advice.

Fast Food Nation. I was unprepared for that bit at the end. I'm seriously considering becoming a vegetarian. Ugh.
