i've been watching, too. nancy is in so far over her head. i can't wait to see how this season ends...only 2 more episodes, i think.
she has known since that ayahuasca trip that she has to get out of that mess, so it will be interesting to see how it goes. and, now she's turning guillermo in...things are getting juicy!

Yes! That was hilarious how they made him out to be a SoCal Moses, leading his people through the desert! They've managed to make him a little more likeable this season.
And I don't know how they're gonna play this with Nancy ratting out Guillermo and the mexican mafia. She's signing her own death warrant by turning on them...what are the Feds gonna do, have her go into witness protection? Cause that TJ mayor isn't going down and someone will pop right back up in Guillermo's place once he's gone.
Maybe they'll end it this season, since she said herself that she is so "doing harm" just by being involved in the weed business. Maybe she'll finally go straight? Or channel her newfound business and managerial skills into a legitimate venture?

I haven't seen s4 yet (not out in Australia - hell, even s3 isn't out legitimately yet, we downloaded it last year!) but cannot wait for it.
My other Weeds addicted housemate last year pointed out that s 3 was the perfect time to stop - Nancy was in deep enough to be big time, but only just reaching that point where the viewer begins to become uncomfortable with her hypocrisy about drug dealing and usage (the "it's only pot" stuff) The story was starting to run out puff a bit. With the fire and escape, it was the perfect opportunity to close the doors on a final point.
But I love it and I don't want to see it go. Keep me going with Andy's one liners

I miss Heylia and Conrad. And they're running out of steam on this show. Nancy is starting to annoy me. What's going on with everyone else is a lot funnier and more interesting right now.

Nancy has been annoying me a lot too. I really don't see where the show can go from here. I mean she's using up all her outlets.
I miss Conrad too!

I know right! I think that was the only way she could have lived through this... But seriously Nancy needs to grow a brain already and a muzzle!

Oh Jebus! I was a little disappointed in the cliffhanger, to be honest. The oldest trick in the book, ffs! And let's face it, in real life, I don't think it would save her from being murdered.
I did like Andy realizing he has feelings for Nancy. And Silas and Shane realizing what an unreliable mess of a mother they have. That was sad, but I liked how honest and poignant it was.
Oh! But the best was Celia! Her oldest daughter Quinn drugging her and holding her for ransom had me rolling, I loved it! (Had Quinn even been referred to in previous seasons? If she was I don't remember.)

the scene with quinn & celia was great!
quinn was only in the series premiere; she was silas' girlfriend at the time.

Yes Quinn was in the 1st episode ever. Celia catches Quinn and Silas getting it on by way of her nanny-cam and sends her daughter to reform school in Mexico. That's even the same actress they used back in the first season.

I haven't seen any episodes since the 3rd or 4th this season. Is there any way to catch up, or do I have to wait for the DVD?

I would be, if it was on Australian telly anymore. I can't even find season 3 on dvd here - I've seen it via a friend who is less scrupulous about downloading than I am (it's not so much scruples as borderline technical retardation... I just can't get torrent applications to work without living with a computer geek!)
I'm totally hanging out for a Weeds fix though. Is season 4 good?
