Tom was relatively subdued last night(for him anyway). I guess it must have been cause Dale swiped and took his bitchpill-replacing it with a vitamin or some lookalike I guess. WTF Dale?? I still am rooting for ya but damn! you were bitchy and flighty weren't ya? Hung had EVERY REASON TO NOT TELL YOU HOW HE COOKED THE QUICKFIRE DISH-THIS IS A COMPETITION! Really Dale and then fucking forgetting YOUR SAUCES?? Oh Dale..!! *calms down*
I honestly would have completely understood if they had knifed him last night. He was damn lucky that Sara served 'raw' chicken and that Gail was there (with her bitchface on) to receive said 'raw' chicken.
Hung did a good job-he is talented and has good technical skills and training. If he fucks up it will be because of overconfidence I think-he does not seem to learn from his mistakes and his overconfidence has caused him to blow some dishes(like the Arroz con Pollo mess he made that time)
Casey did fine I thought. She really should have said it was 'a take' on a Coq Au Vin though. Other than that she did a good job IMO
Brian(s) need to really step it up to win IMO. That dish looked God-awful..like someone puked on it. Lucky for him it must have been tasty.
Dale..I am still rooting for ya..but you need to get your head out of your (quite considerable and very nice)ass and stop making stupid mistakes like over-conceptualizing and for God's sake concentrate! His nerves are getting the best of him(bitchiness and forgetfulness)
Oh well I do not know why I am ranting ..this thing is a done deal and all anyway..oh well.
*Dale you know I was just kidding baby..really I think you are hot and funny as hell even when/if you are being bitchy!

I love Dale, I even text voted for him to get the $10 grand. I'm so ashamed. I've become a TV whore.

I'm rooting for Dale or Hung but I think Casey will pull it off in the end mainly because a woman hasn't won yet. I can't believe Brian is still there and I miss CJ!

I think its Hung or Casey as well, but I think Casey will win. Not because of a gender thing, but simply because they seem to respect the 'heart' that she puts into her food. And nobody really likes Hung. He's amazingly talented, but he's an ass.

Just from watching these judges and cooking shows most chefs seems to be asses. Hung is just needs to mature much like Marcel.

Oh my god Dale was lucked out!!!!! I don't want him to go yet.
I kinda miss Gail's bitchface. HAHAHA I can always count on her for over-reacting (therefore, freak out) on her dishes. I think they served her the "raw" chicken on purpose just to see her go ballistic.
My final two prediction is Hung and Casey. And I think Casey will win.
Glad to see Jacques Torres last night. Anyone remember his show on Food Network? The impossible chocolate making. hahaha

come to think of it, it would be more dramatic to have hung & casey, bc everyone disklikes hung now and won't want to help him win. remember in the previous two seasons where this really seemed to help harold & elan?

My Prediction for tonight:
Dale and Hung are out...Casey and Brian(shock!) go for the win.
I think that Dale's nerves will get him( ), and Hung will somehow fuck up big time. Casey will be steady and Brian(s) will step it up somehow.

Interesting, but I'd give very very long odds on Brian.

i hope you're wrong too! that would be sooooooooooo boring!! really, brian seems like his a one-hit wonder w/ his cooking skills, his repertoire severely limited.
i'll bet the producers want to keep hung & casey 'round for drama's sake; the others are just too close to each other, all nicey nicey and shiz!
i'm more looking forward to kitchen nightmares tonight, personally!
