Doesn't any mom say that? Stage mom or not.

And the part about her being told to move to the other side, wasn't the chair on that side? I mean honestly.

Uhhh, No! Not every mother says that. Not the good ones that want the best for their kids. Self justifying that the kid wants to do something so it must be right is stupid. What would do you if your kid decided at 8 to go play in the traffic or take up smoking blunts or screwing every male in the vicinity? "But she wants to do it" Oh, sure.

Sorry, I didn't know you had the right to say what "good" moms do. My bad.

Anyways, those things have nothing to do with what was being talked about. Wanting to play in the road, smoke and have sex is a lot different than wanting to sing and be on tv...Think about it.

I wish my mom would have put me in dance lessons and singing and stuff...I don't see anything wrong with letting a child do that of she/he wants to.

As a licensed social worker I think my opinion on the matter holds more gravitis than the average person. When you are studying early childhood development and social welfare in college that type of child whoring behavior is considered on par with allowing your kid to do harmful things merely because they 'want' to.

Nothing wrong with allowing someone to take lessons but to push that person as the greatest thing since sliced bread and the sole bread winner now is very wrong. Ask Danny Bonaduce how he felt about it, ask any number of former famous kids and see what they say about being robbed of a normal childhood. None of them has had anything to say but that they missed a lot and it's impacted them in an extremely negative fashion their entire adult lifes. Do you want that for Bindi Irwin too?

BTW what's stopping you for taking dance or singing lessons as an adult? They do offer them you know. I've taken voice lessons for years for me since it was something I wanted to do.

^I'm not an adult, I'm a teenager. And I'm a very shy person in "real life" so thats why I dont do those things now. I'm too scared to get infront of people to do things. (As a kid things were different and I'm sure if I took dance lessons, played sports, etc I wouldn't be so shy now.)

But I don't believe Bindi is being forced here so I don't see anything wrong with it. You may be a social worker but you don't know that family and haven't spent time with them so I don't think your opinion is any more important than anyone elses.

Bindi was doing this before Steve died. I think it wouldn't be good for Teri to change Bindi's life b/c of it. I think that would probably be worse for her.

Larry and Terri were chatting for most of the show and Bindi came out
to join them for the last 10 minutes. When Bindi came out Terri told
her to move to her other side so that Bindi was closer to Larry while he
    chatted with her.

    I caught it..

First of all, Terri has really bad hair. My god woman, CUT THE BANGS. It isn't 1979.

Secondly, your kid if fucking ugly. I'm sorry, she looks like a bloody muppet with that rapid aging disease. She's also cross eyed. You need to fix that shit.

Thirdly, it was SO pageant mom. The kid was ridiculously coached, the whole thing had this disgusting smarmy plastic quality to it. I wanted to slap them both, but most especially Terri for marrying a guy with a mullet. Ugh. Hideous family.

Grab a dictionary or google the word. Reading comprehension is your friend.

Yes, it's gravitas and it's like totally Latin you know? Some of us had a decent education and know these things but if you don't then Google is your friend. Try looking up 'troll' as well.

and will someone tell me just what the fuck "gravitis" means?
You make yourself sound ignorant by making fun of someone because she has a better vocabulary than you do.

Someone needs to tell 'it' that 'it' is on ignore and I'm not replying to 'it's personal attacks today.

Terri Irwin is definately such a pageant mom.
