Anyone else hear that Leigh Whannell, the guy who writes the screenplays for the series and the guy in the bathroom of the first one, just died?

My BF just called to tell me that he died in the hospital today - went in for some weird kind of pain and died.

Yeah, I read about that yesterday. (So not sure exactly when it happened but it wasn't today) They didn't give any explanation as to a reason though and said that an autopsy was needed to be performed to determine cause of death.

The bit that got me about the 2nd one was the bit where highlight here* the girl put her hand in the box for the antidote but it had all razors round it so she couldn't take her arm out without slashing her wrists, then she put her other arm in! doh!! to here

Oops, wasn't him. Saw the other post. It was some Hoffman guy that worked on the movie.

I think only one. When my BF called I think he mixed up the writer with this Hoffman guy.

Hope this clears it up: 'Saw' Producer Dies At 42. My BF mistakenly thought the writer died, so that's what he told me. Turns out it was the producer. Adam's OK!
