I read on another board that the "investigators" were selected after they sent in head shots. The best of them were selected to be on the show.

Well the main guy is really attractive. I'm sure they'd pick him over some average yobo.

Ryan is claiming in his blog for the show that they aren't "Ghost Hunters", meaning they aren't trying to prove or disprove whether or not there is paranormal activity going on in their cases. What's the point then?

Apparently they're trying to help people sort things out.

I don't like this show as much as I thought I would. I don't like the way they end each episode. Very anti-climactic.

Ok listen, I have watched about 8 of the shows on my digital cable. Very interesting sure. But listen, the show titled "Vegas" where a girl named Savannah could sense a spirit by the name of "Emily" isn't true totally. ALL of the info on "Emily" is clear as day available on the internet, so this girl knew nothing that I just did not find in 5 minutes.

    Show me the money!

I watched the grave digger one and the one after that and I have to say, even though they totally creep me out (I'm starting to think maybe it's the head guy's monotonous narration that is creeping me out, but not totally sure), they really aren't that great.

I prefer Ghost Hunters where they show the evidence they caught with the cameras or audio recordings. And they show them a few times over so you can really get a look or listen to the proof.

Since Paranormal Society is only trying to "help" these people as opposed to prove or disprove the existence of ghosts, they don't focus at all on anything that they caught on camera or audio (or at least very little). And that's really the only thing I'm interested in. Also, how many times do I need to see them cleanse someone's house by rubbing water over every door in the shape of a cross? Once, maybe twice is good enough for me.

    Won't be watching it anymore.

The one with the breaking wine glasses was good (the bar owner). That had a good creepy element.

    The bar one was ok.

I watched this show a few times. The narrator's voice is so annoying! I felt
like it was over dramatized too...and too short. I love psychic shows and
hauntings...I wish there were more on.

I love Ghost Hunters. Are there new episodes of GH airing right now? Because I'm going to be pissed if my DVR hasn't been recording them....

Now I am going to have to go investigate why my DVR sucks.
