The Black Stallion, truly a magnificent movie. The scenes on the beach with the kid and the horse were pure magic and I didn't want it to end.

It was called "The Last Starfighter". A while back they played it on Disney constantly.

Wizard of Oz, here, too. I was really mezmerized by that one.

A lot of the 80's movies.

Lost Boys (though Vampires were really cool)
    Goonies
    Back to the Future

    etc etc

If you think it's crazy, you ain't seen a thing. Just wait until we're goin down in flames.

Ok, as a CHILD, this will date me. We didn't have videos back in the dark ages....

    Wizard of Oz
    Benji movies
Planet of the Apes - all
Close Encounters of the 3rd Kind
    "I've cautiously embraced jeggings"
Emma Peel aka Pacific Breeze aka Wilde1 aka gogodancer aka maribou

Yip, yip, yip in your tiny indignation. Bark furiously on, lady dog.

    Benji - made me cry!

    The Jungle Book

Child of Glass - A Wonderful World of Disney TV movie that was played several times in the late '70's. Absolutely loved this movie! I wish Disney would put it out on DVD. There are a lot of people that remember this movie fondly and are waiting for the DVD release.

My parents never really took me to a lot of movies as a child. It was a big deal when I got to go to one.

Most of mine were already listed...
    Goonies
    The Neverending Story
    The Witches
    Charlie and the Chocolate Factory
    E.T.

Hehe...big Roald Dahl fan, although I prefer the books to the movies.

Yeah, tell me about it! I went to ONE movie at a theater as a child...E.T. We didn't even get a VCR until I was 13 or 14. So I watched all my movies over at my aunt's (who was also our next-door-neighbor). She had 2 VCRs and would rent a movie and tape it on her blank tapes (old school pirating, lol). The quality of the dubbed movies was so incredibly bad. Oh, well, I enjoyed them.

Remember David Bowie in those tights?? I was weirdly fascinated by his long skinny legs and that "bulge."
