It's not a movie but the show "How I met your Mother" has great clothes.

I thought they did a good job with Factory Girl. Except for the Olsen twin, everybody was bang on in dress and feel.

Also Le Mepris (Contempt) with Brigitte Bardot makes brilliant use of colour and setting and Bardot.

    The Stylish 60's.

Sex and the Single Girl with Natalie Wood and Tony Curtis. Great clothes, great apartment.

Pillow Talk with Doris and Rock. Probably the best modern clothes I've ever seen in a film. And the jewelry!

How to Steal a Million with the gorgeous Peter O'Toole and Audrey Hepburn. She's in Givenchy.

I watched that on TCM this afternoon. I love Alan Rickman, too. *sigh*

I also watched the Phantom of the Opera movie again the other day, and the sets and clothes are stunning.

Yes! Love it. It looks fresh but still warm (LOVE cream, hate stark white). I can see that house being cool and fresh in the summer or deliciously cozy in the winter with just a change of a few accessories.

I swear I'm forever noticing the sets and clothing in films, and now for the life of me I can't think of any.

I agree on Fifth Element for the clothes and scenery. I will always love the clothes from Dazed and Confused, the 70's look was awesome.

Being a child of the 80's I think I'm eternally in love with the fashion and music. I love watching all the Brat pack movies because at the time you know those were the hottest clothes around. Man what I wouldn't give for some bangles, teased bangs, and jumpers!
