    Love that movie.

The ending is a killer ... when they play Shine Your Light and you see all the firemen and the processional with the firetrucks and the coffin, I start bawling.

    My kids think I'm nuts.

Oops ... hope I didn't just ruin it for anyone ... sorry!

Im crying just reliving all these sad movie moments
Ladder 49 gets me the worst,
Little Women as well when Claire Danes is dying - her crying is so convincing in the end you just wish modern medicine was available
Titanic used to get me as well but im now in the habit of holding my breath when Jack says 'now' as they go under the water. I dont realise im doing it until i run out of air

My two guaranteed cries no matter how often I see the movie:

Penny Serenade. Cary Grant stands before the judge crying and pleading to let them keep their adopted child whom they had for one year.

Longtime Companion. When all of the people who died of AIDS appear as visions of the one's who lived. They walk towards each other on the beach, embrace and laugh.

I'm a big weepy baby about movies -

Big Fish - When his dad is dying

Find Me Guilty - When everyone is going home free and Jackie has to go back to jail

Jerry Maguire - You had me at hello

Thelma and Louise - After the attempted rape she tells her "we're not going to talk about it"

The Iron Giant - "I am not a gun"

I'm also one of those that cries at a lot of movies. I cried at everything listed above. Here are some that haven't been mentioned yet...

    Life is Beautiful
    Black Hawk DOwn
    My Girl
    Gladiator
    The Joy Luck Club
    Seabiscuit
    Finding Neverland
    House of Sand and Fog

I've never been able to watch Life is Beautiful again. Normally if I love a movie, I tend to watch it more than once. I saw Life is Beautiful about 5 years ago and haven't gone near it since. It was so heart-wrenching that I actually sat there crying for a full 15 minutes after credits.
    debauched.

I claim my prize . The waving of the red flannel petticoats to stop the train, Bernard Cribbins, Sally Thomsett (I think)....

I am a terrible cry baby at films. I avoid any films involving animals as I will blub from start to finish, so Bambi, Dumbo, Watership Down (the book nearly killed me), Seabiscuit etc are all out. I cried for a week on and off at the ending of Captain Corelli's Mandolin (the book), so wouldn't watch the film, although that was largely because I didn't think the film would be as good as the book.
A big boy did it and ran away.

Anyone see The Champ? It had Faye Dunaway, Jon Voight and Riccy Schroder when he was perhaps 4/5. Wonderful movie and a total cryer. Riccy Shroder did an amazing job and he was such an adorable little boy.

Heartbreaking scene when Heath Ledger pulls Jakes shirt out of the cupboard and see it entwined with his own lost shirt. And the blood still on it. The shirts they wore when they first met and Jake still kept in his bedroom years later. Howwwwwwwwlllll...........So Brokeback Mountain number 1.

I sob at the end of "The Phantom of the Opera" every single time.

I also cry at "My Best Friend's Wedding" when Julia Roberts & Dermot Mulroney are dancing on the ferry to "The Way You Look Tonight". Something about that scene does me in. Also, at the end when he & that hag Cameron are leaving their reception and he comes back to tell Julia bye, I cry like a 4 year old.
