Every so often they'll air an update episode, I've seen a few of them. A couple of weeks ago they did an update on 2 people from a few seasons ago.

^ um yes; this is like my fave show! the heroin guy last nite was a complete shock; i couldnt believe he actually got better and i was so happy for him the poor guy. how a father can do what happened to him and his brother is beyond me, but im so used to seeing failed attampts at rehab onthat show that it was a nice ending for once. his name was charles

Oh and that little boy Dakota from the other night who's mom was a pill popper. I just wanted to bring him home with me, he was such a sweet little boy.

^ i know me too; my heart was breaking for him. what an awful evil woman she was. that was sickening to watch actually for me personally. my only had to see me cry like that one time before she gave up drinking for good.

The little boy broke my heart. And the older son was so angry!

I thought the crack addict from last night cleaned up really well. I wonder if he's spoken to his brother yet? That probably requires another round of therapy.

And the heroin addict-wow. Cleaning the needle with fast food restaurant toilet water

Some of them make me so angry.
