Agreed, the ultimate male fantasy of having three sex-crazed, beautiful women fighting over you. Verrry realistic -- NOT!

Just a reminder, after a 1 year hiatus Big Love is finally coming back. The season premiere is Monday June 11 and I've already set it to record. HBO has been reairing the season 1 finale all weekend in case you forgot where the show left off last season (I know I did, just watched it though and now i can't wait til Monday).

I've seen about 5 episodes of season 1 on HBO On Demand. I liked it. Margene is my favorite. I hate Nikki though.

Is anyone else watching this? Here's my problem. What the hell is that lump on Roman's forehead? It's very distracting for me and I stare at it every time he's on. Did he have this last season and I am just noticing it now?

I heard about it, watched a clip and decided to pass. Then I accidentally left the TV on the channel and it came on. I am a fan.

I noticed the lump on his head last night. It was pretty distracting.

Still, I love this show. I think it's great. Very interesting. That little Rhonda is something. Is she after Bill???

I watch the show, I really like it. I would have to say no to that question. Polygamy is practiced throughout the world including Africa, Asia, and the Middle East. So no they're not all white. In the states though, I'm sure a majority of them are white if not all of them.

I just started watching season one on DVD. I quite like the show, I can't chalk it up as one of my favourites, but it's enjoyable.

Utah is a fairly white, mormon state, especially outside of Salt Lake City Well, at least that's the impression I got from the times I have visited.

From what I understand, the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints does not condone polygamy, but there are some groups which are off-shoots of that religion and consider themselves Mormon (although I don't think they're actually affiliated) who do practice it. This is like the group Bill and his wives belong to. Those groups are very predominately white.

However, there are other religions and cultures around the world who practice polygamy and most of them are not white.

I downloaded seasons 1&2, and I must say, I didn't expect to like it as much as I do. Some top rate acting, though I could live without all the naked shots of Bill Paxton.

Televisionwithoutpity has some very interesting discussions and facts about Mormons in their show forums.
