Yes, he fell in love with a Wilding, he was right in his element there.

All the Stark kids' endings made it possible to imagine all sorts of great things for them, but especially Jon. Hell, the way they left it, even Drogon might come and find him in a few years.
    I really love this post.

So, I watched the documentary on the filming of GoT S8 last night. The amount of work to film this season was insane. It made me feel really badly that so many people online are trashing the season and saying they need to re-film it. There was SO much behind the scenes work that no one ever thinks about. It was really interesting and they did a great job focusing on people you would like, who were such a huge part of the show but you literally never see them.

I’ve been away for a month so just binge watched the last season.
It was OK but like many people I found it a bit rushed in parts and way over engineered in others, especially the interminable destruction of Kings Landing.
Cersei/Jamie dying in the rubble was a bit cheesy but I’m glad Tyrion survived.
They’ve left a LOT of loose ends for future storylines.

The ruler can't last for long I'm sure and they know it won't be a hereditary thing... so guess there'll be war in a few years.
Around season 4-5 I realized no matter the ending I'd be unsatisfied. It wasn't going to be Robb or Ned or likely Arya. Team Stark, but not that one I guess LOL

I suspect Bran The Boring will run such a dull, fun-free kingdom he’ll force another civil war to get rid him and the cycle will begin all over again.

    BOOK SPOILER:

I can't link it but Isaac Hempstead-Wright (who played Bran) gave an interview where he said that Bran becoming King was one of his two big plot points that came straight from George RR Martin (the other one was Hodor). So that's how it's going to be in the books, too. I didn't mind that outcome in the show but the book-snobs are losing their minds over it on reddit.

I can see him being miserly and somewhat cruel
I could see Sansa raising her child to be king/queen and being pissed if that doesn't pan out.
It's too bad they killed off certain characters like Robb and Renly and whatsherface that Natalie Dormer played I feel they could have come back later on.

Bran ruined the books for me too, thanks Bran whatever book had him living in a tree and being super weird or whatever made me quit. He was worse than Lori on Walking Dead or Kate on Lost

I watched this table read video and it was interesting to see the actors gathered together, hanging out like old friends and looking like themselves.

Surprise takeaway: Now I get it and actually find Iain Glen sexy.
