Does anyone remember the episode when Tony was pissed at AJ and said to Carmela (in front of AJ) 'and that is my heir?' or similar? He tried to make it up the next night by bringing pizza to AJ and saying he loved him but he has never really felt the love for the kid. Me, I kind of like AJ. Don't know why but he cracks me up.

i dont even see a reason to dislike him. maybe hes a little dumb, but he didnt do anything that would cause any disdain. if anything, i feel sorry for him.

Well that was just terrible. What a let down. It wasn't even worth watching.

Agreed. There are so many unanswered questions! Don't read any further if you haven't seen the final episode.

WTF would they do the whole cat staring at Christopher's picture if it was not going to lead anywhere?!?!?!? And what about Sil? Why the 15 minutes of Meadow parking? I had a feeling that the finale would be a let down, but I had no idea how much of a waste of my hour it would be. Did drunken monkeys write the final episode? Sopranos was the only reason i even keep HBO, and now i think I should be reimbursed.

My thoughts exactly. When it first ended, I thought I had blinked and missed something. The only thing I can figure is that they just left it open-ended for a movie. If not, then it was just a huge letdown.

At the end, we thought the power went out. We were all "WTF?"

They put zero effort into that episode. Really, it wasn't worthy of being the finale.

Wow...I thought the same thing. I thought the cable went out!! I thought "What the f%$^ kind of luck do I have?"!! The last seconds of The Sopranos and my cable cuts out!

    Ugh. What a let down.

My husband and i thought the satellite blinked out too. He was bitchin' about missing the ending, scrambling for the remote...we didn't know what was going on. When the credits started rolling in the silence, we just looked at each other with a WTF expression on our faces...and then we laughed at how f*#ked up it was. He got up, handed me the remote and bitched all the way to bed. It's hard to even comprehend how disappointing it was.

Same here. I thought the cable had gone out for a second.

After all of that build up, the Sopranos went out with a whimper. You're right, they put no effort into that finale at all. Definitely going to go down as one of the worst finales in tv history. I feel like we all got punked by Ashton Kutcher.

Hollywood has a way of ruinning all things for the power of the dollar. It just leaves things up in the air, just in case they want to come back with a movie.

Which in my opinion is going to happen for sure.
What a lame ending. If we are supposed to believe Tony and all his family die or just Tony, then show the end.

But of course, they need to leave ending open just in case a big movie deal comes there way.

I'm sure that deal has already happened.
