Flashdance was on TV last night. It made working late at home a lot more bearable. I know the movie is incredibly unrealistic, but I would watch it just to see Beals, and I love the restaurant scene (the clip below starts with Alex blowing up at Nick over seeing her with a blonde the night before - who it turns out is his obnoxious ex wife) :

"28 Days Later" is on STARZ right now, and they just showed the scene where Selena (Naomie Harris) and Jim (Cillian Murphy) are walking through a peaceful farm and she tells him that she now realizes that "just staying alive" is no longer the best that anyone can hope for. She is basically falling for Jim and eyeing him playfully. Then, she quickly kisses him:

The scene in Its a wonderful life when Jimmy Stewart and Donna Reed share the phone a call to frank wainwright. It’s so charged sexually and yet so subtle. You can see him fighting not to get close but yet stands there and smells her hair...ooh it’s just so good. Don’t know of on an embed the gif.

The elevator kiss in Drive (Ryan Gosling). I can never post a video but it is the perfect kiss, followed by obscene violence.

And sorry, but this is the best scene from An Officer and a Gentleman, not the ending!

I love the waltz scene in the most recent BBC version of "War and Peace". Natasha is so nervous, waiting to see if Prince Andrei would be there, hoping he wouldn't snub her. Then he appears, so dashing in his white officer's uniform, and you watch them fall in love on the dance floor. The music is really beautiful too.

    Sorry, I can't post videos.

Persuasion -- when Ann is writing a letter at the desk and the captain finds it and reads it.

This is probably going to sound like a weird selection from a straight guy, but I was reading about the final season of "Schitt's Creek". They made reference to a scene where Noah Reid serenade's Dan Levy (Eugene's real-life and TV son in the show) to the acoustic tune of Tina Turner's "Simply the Best". Dan Levy's incredibly heart-felt reaction during the song really makes the scene. I read that the director had to shoot around Catherine O'Hara (the mom) because she kept crying during the filming:

There's quite a lot of them in Love Actually.

I like the one where Jamie (Colin Firth) goes to the restaurant to propose to Aurelia with her whole family following.

I'm a sucker for quite a few scenes from Moonstruck too.

The flying scene in "Out of Africa".
