Yeah I thought he was going to move on after their talk. Pretty bad when Masuka leaves your ass.

Ep 3 just showed here (Tooth Fairy). I'm not as engrossed as previous seasons - it's getting a bit Same Old Same Old - psycho loonie escalating crimes, Dexter killing bad guys in Gladwrap, Deb swearing....

Well... Good episode, can't wait for next week!

Spoiler #1: I still wanted to believe Gellar was alive all this time even though almost everyone figured out he wasn't. Was watching the ShoRunners clip after with one of the creators discussing how they managed to film these episodes with Gellar's ghost. They didn't tell Colin Hanks until episode 9 but Edward James Almos knew the whole time. They kept most of the secret from the entire cast and crew until it was filmed. It was really interesting!

Spoiler #2: So the IT geek bought the "Ice Truck Killer" evidence. Was he working with the blonde girl the whole time? What's his story?

Ya I was getting bored for awhile but this one was good.

Spoiler: That's neat about the filming, smart even though it was figured out. I had guessed he was dead but the elevator scene had me rethinking it b/c Dexter was only in there for a couple minutes max and the atheist was abducted, hollowed out, and his insides were rigged to fall on everyone in such a short amount of time...

Spoiler:All he had to do while Dexter was in the elevator was kill the guy and hide his body. Then, after Dexter dropped him off at the motel, he went back and setup the display. That explains why he woke up the way he did - he had a long night.

Spoiler: The way he woke up almost seemed like he was in blackout mode. We already know he thinks Gellar is really talking to him, maybe he thinks Gellar is doing the killings also.

Spoiler: I definitely think Travis believes that Gellar is alive and killing people. I think that's one reason that the four horsemen looked like they were done by two people. When he becomes Gellar, he is a confident killer, but as Travis, he's reluctant. It's also why his sister didn't have a number hidden on her - "Gellar" killed her on his own.

Good episode even though we all knew what was coming. I wonder if Jennifer Carpenter is enjoying having to bitch about "Dexter" to the shrink.

So, I read on msnbc yesterday that the next two seasons will be the last and that everything is going to be wrapped up over these two seasons. Apparently, they want everything to be answered. Also looks like this will start with the last two episodes of this season.

I read it on the msnbc app and I can't find it on their regular site to link it.

    Here:
It's the beginning of the end for 'Dexter'

    SHOWTIME
The endgame is on the way for "Dexter."
    By Ree Hines
Just two weeks after Showtime announced that the network’s hit serial killer series “Dexter” was renewed for two more seasons comes the news that those seasons will most likely be the last for the show.
During Showtime’s annual holiday bash, entertainment president David Nevins revealed that the end is already in the works.
“Coming back for two more years gives us clarity about how and when it will go out,” Nevins told Entertainment Weekly. “There’s things that are going to happen (this season) that will set up a very clear endgame that will take two seasons to tell. You have got to be there for the last two episodes.”
Until then, here’s a sneak peak for the next episode of "Dexter" — the one before the final two of the season.

Fans sad to see the end in sight can take heart. When pressed, Nevins admitted that he's "never going to say 'never'" about the possibility of more "Dexter."
“Dexter” airs Sundays at 9 pm ET on Showtime.

i am now thinking that the puppydog intern will discover who dexter is. i think that he is monitoring dexter's searches on that 'eliot' search engine and will maybe piece it together... or something will involve that search engine, i've noticed them showing the logo alot so i think it will tie in somehow.

Ugh this episode. I hate when Dex is a stupid whiny bitch. The previews for next week kind of creeped me out like Deb was giving him some look of love and not bro/sis love either. Hope it was just the edit.
