Finished watching this about 20 minutes ago. It's actually the first movie I've watched on my new 46 inch LCD screen, with brand new surround sound.

One word: Argh!
This is the scariest bloody film I have ever seen. Seriously. I do not scare easy. This was really well done, until about half way through when it got a LITTLE bit too camp. And the UK ending shit me up the wall. But then again, it didn't, because Sarah was just a bitch for stabbing Juno in the leg. For fuck's sake, who does that? The freakin' idiot.

Which part did you scream at, honey?
And I think my incher is a bit smaller.
I stabbed my hand with a fingernail once and and although I didn't make a single noise, my dog span around and looked at me. Love how they're so protective.
Pity the girls in this film didn't go rock-climbing with a bunch of outrageously attired Rottweilers. It could have been a happy ending!

The part where they first encounter the creepers....someone is filming with their camera and it just appears next to someone, nearly gave me a heart attack!

I was bored during this movie to be honest. It had potential then went downhill :-(

I can't believe I missed this thread!

Hands down, the scariest film I've ever seen. It was so odd for me seeing it in theatres because I had never been truly frightened by a film before. I knew very little about the film going in and since then, I've found it's the best way to go into this particular movie. I really enjoyed the slow-building tension (reminded me of "Alien") and once it hit that climax in the cave with the camera, I was on the edge of my seat for the remainder of the film. It was so much fun!

The best is watching it with other people. I have the DVD and made my older sister (a Horror wuss) watch it at midnight with me. During that cave/camera scene, she let out a deafening scream and woke up the whole house. I couldn't stop laughing for five minutes!
