The Burger King scares the living $#it out of me.
I am also creeped out by those Intel commercials with the somehow really annoyingly ODD looking people doing strange dance moves to annoying music. Blue Man troupe used to scare me too but thankfully they went away somewhere.
I become enraged when they take a perfectly good rock or 80's song and mush it up with some girly voiced singer doing their creative take on it ie Melt With You by Modern English.
Those melodramatic anti-tobacco ads get on my last nerve. I don't smoke and they're still annoying. Don't insult my intelligence.
I hate the drug commercials for depression and such. "Ask your doctor" Well I asked my doctor when I've been a basket case and close to jumping off the next bridge and all I got was "You need to learn how to calm down". Damn, it I'm not asking my doctor anymore cause you told me to!
As a matter of fact almost ALL of them are annoying. I don't need to be told repeatedly that I'm not young, I'm not fit, I'm not thin enough, close shaved enough, my teeth are not white enough, my clothes aren't hip enough, my makeup's not right. Jeeze, I KNOW all of that but you don't CARE. You just want my MONEY!!!

This is not really a commercial, but the way that Kotex's new signature is having white boxes with big red flowers that look like splotches of blood on them. I think they also do feature these in the commercials, but I'm not sure. WTF? I noticed them while I was shopping at Walgreen's the other day. I was in disbelief that
a) someone even suggested that as an advertising idea
b) Kotex used it
Horrible, HORRIBLE idea and IMO very poor advertising.

Nuvaring. I just find the way they cheaply animated it so bizarre... not to mention the singing is incredibly annoying.

Okay there is another commercial I can't think of the product they were
trying to sell but they ripped off Britney's "Gimme More" song and made it into
a horrible cheesy barbie-approved remix.
"gimme gimme more, gimme more more more..."
HATE... just because of the horrible background music.
