I still think Shia LaBeouf is the name of a doofus hockey player, not an unmarried superhero's keen young assistant with homoerotic undertones.

    Has this been made official!?!

Last I read they were still deliberating and looking at a few older actors who were interested in taking the role...

Poor Taylor Lautner if it is true...

I agree that he looks faaar too young and shrimpy to play Jacob but still...he could beef up...get some muscles and they could use 'movie magic' tricks (i.e. make-up, clothes) to make him appear older!

*sigh* Oh well...as long as Robert Pattinson is never replaced!

It amazes me how often someone has to make up stupid casting rumors about a movie that doesn't exist with characters that aren't guaranteed to be in said non existent movie every month or so, and it makes the internet news every time with everyone going ZOMGGG!!!!!!11111!1 i hope itz not tru!!!.

What did I tell y'all, every single "reimagining" of a franchise starts off with a huge bang then wears out its welcome with multiple villains galore.

Cripes, introducing one villain takes up over half of the movie, how they got to be that way, origins, etc. Then when you factor in another, and yet another, and another 'good guy,' jeezus that's over 3 hours long.

Ridiculous, those who forget the past...

Crispin Glover would be great as the riddler. And honestly I liked Jim Carrey as the Riddler.

This is bogus. There isn't even a script for this so-called movie to be casting for.

I can almost bet that when and if a third Batman is made none of these people will even come close to being considered for it.

I like the Crispin Glover suggestion too. I think if they do one with the Riddler, he'll be like the Unabomber.
