I watched this movie this weekend and held my head in my hands for practically the entire movie. It just made me so uncomfortable, all of it, the jokes and gags that were SO WRONG. Yeah, it was a bit funny, but mostly just mortifying and...unnecessary. I think the naked wrestling scene was the worst of all. I looked down at the floor and tried to think of unicorns, rainbows and lollipops. Though I did like seeing Pamela Anderson get thrown in a sack in the bridal kidnapping attempt. And I thought the ending with Luenell was sweet.

Mr. Beeyotch, who dragged me to see this disgraceful thing, loved it of course.

I must of been the only one who didn't like it! I was not offended at all but just didn't find it funny. I find him to be really off putting and I was bored most of the movie. I know I will be jumped on for saying this!

I'm not going to jump on you. I haven't seen the movie, but I watched this guy in character on tv for about 30 minutes one night. He was showing clips from the movie. I never laughed once. It just didn't strike me as funny. I kept watching it, thinking I would eventually like it & crack up, but it never happened.

And from what I've seen of Borat on the talk show circuit, I'ma laugh my ass off several times. Did anybody see Ali G's Sam Donaldson interview? SD actually mimed holding and sucking two cocks at once!!!!

*wipes tears from eyes* I always knew I loved Sam Donaldson for some reason...

But that's just me. I'm a fan of fucking with people's sensiblities and exposing assholes. Woot woot, Borat!

But is the naked fat hairy guy wrestling and asshole exposing (literally) scene NECESSARY for funnies? I say no, and I don't find it funny as much as I find it revolting. But that's just me.

I did, however, catch some of the Ali G Show and it WAS hysterical. I like all the absurdity, I do find that funny, I just don't go for grossness.

Anyway, I found Borat amusing at the dinner party.
"Can I bring a guest to dinner?" And he ends up inviting a large, ebony prostitute. Oh, and another part I found rather amusing was when he was talking to the so-called cowboy at the rodeo and he's telling Borat to shave off that damn moustache because it makes people uncomfortable. That was about it. My boyfriend liked it.

Saw Borat last night and am astounded that he is still alive,lol! Seriously, i am in awe of him. He has got cajones, that's for sure. I laughed out loud and some parts were very funny but a lot was really uncomfortable. I hate practical jokes and the whole movie was basically one.

I really am amazed that no one has taken a shot at him.

When he is not in character, S.B. Cohen is very soft spoken and humble.
