He wasn't very good in Fight Club, either. He didn't suck donkey balls, but that's because Edward Norton carried his pansy ass through the whole movie. His lines sound like.....lines. I can see the script when he's talking. He's always so "I'M BRAD F*CKING PITT!" in every single role he's in. Kinda like someone else associated with him. Meh. Not much talent there.

Got a BAD review in The New Yorker. Called Pitt a "mediocre actor" and basically stated what I said in the above post!

I hate Pitt and Clooney. I don't think I've ever seen either of their films in the theater. My hate is that strong.

I might rent it for Tilda as I love her.

I think Brad was good in Kalifornia but that's only because he was so gorgeous. I have to agree. He is a very weak actor.

omg brad was awesome in Kalifornia!!!!! that movie rules!

and in this movie brad totally reminds me of this douche trainer at my gym who acted like a total attentionwhore fucktard whenever he could, i used to get off a machine in a huff and run away whenever he came around to chat with girls nearby super loudly or get on a machine and act like a dumbass doing way too much extra bullshit like flailing his arms around and such, ugh!

Just six months after winning the Oscars for Best Director and Best Picture, Joel and Ethan Coen scored the largest debut of their career and first-ever number one opening with the crime caper Burn After Reading. The R-rated comedy grossed an estimated $19.4M giving Focus Features the biggest debut in company history and its first top spot bow as well. Starring George Clooney, Brad Pitt, John Malkovich, Frances McDormand, and recent Academy Award winner Tilda Swinton, the ensemble film averaged a terrific $7,320 from 2,651 sites. The previous bests for the Coens came from 2003's Intolerable Cruelty and 2004's The Ladykillers which bowed to $12.5M and $12.6M, respectively. Reviews were generally good for Burn which benefitted from starpower, cross-gender appeal, and good will created by their triumphs with No Country For Old Men.

    saw it and loved it.

I had a great audience, must have been Pitt or Clooney fans everyone was laughing or cheering. Not bad considering it was 10:00 Sunday morning. Brad has aged but he looks so cute with his puffy streaked hair. He did run off with the movie but Clooney was his Oh Father Where Arth Thou best.

The cast was really good. My hubby is still throwing out one liners from the movie, he loved it too.

Meh. It was a mean-spirited movie. It doesn't even come close to "Lebowski," and Pitt sucked donkey balls. Clooney was good, though, and Malkovich. Pitt can't act to save his life, bless his heart.

it was nice of you to go and see it though Lily even though we all know how much you hate Pitt and never miss a opportunity to tell everyone how much you hate him.

    I think it was

I thought Pitt was really really good. I liked all of the cast. I was thinking during the movie that if the characters & cast weren't so good, the movie would probably suck. As it was, there was enough character interest to keep me interested the whole time. John Malkovich is beyond wonderful. Yep, loved them all. But when the credits were rolling, I was thinking, "what the heck was that movie ABOUT?"
