I'm so excited about this! I've got my dvr set for it tonight. I've been home sick today, so I'm watching the marathon. So much of it is painful to watch. Very well done, but still painful. I think in that area, it was too well done, feeling for these characters. Or maybe it's my manopause kicking in again.

Nah, it's not just you. The levels of emotional intensity often make it very uncomfortable viewing. Compelling as hell, but definitely not 'relaxing' in any sense of the word.

I think the heaviest episode was the one with the attempted rape of Sharon scene (not to mention all the heavy PSTD stuff with Gina/Six). I watched it with a friend who's a sexual violence survivor, and had to warn her about the stuff coming up-she nearly walked out of the room, it was so triggering.

I remember reading an article, perhaps it was in Entertainment Weekly, where they mentioned that neither Adama or Roslin is the final cylon.

I wish it was still on iTunes. I don't have cable, so I'll have to wait until it comes out on dvd.

The way it's looking, is that maybe good ol' Starbuck herself is a Cylon. And a Mocha Latte as well.

The whole Six in Baltars head is so stupid it ruins the entire rest of every show for me.

Great show but I don't think Kara is a cylon. too obvious. Or maybe not.

It's probably not Starbuck. Katee Sackhoff said in the interview that the show's creators have told her from the beginning she's not a Cylon.

It has to be someone we don't suspect-I mean, look at the final four. Tory I could have seen coming (because she's so robotic), and the Chief had that weird dream/psychotic breakdown at the end of S2, but Anders? Freakin' Tigh?

I love this show and hope it ends as great as it started. I really hope the last cylon is not Dee or the doctor.

Since they're holding back with one being unknown, I'm thinking that one has got to be a major player. Someone for whom it's gonna be a shock to everyone else. My husband thinks (in spite of EW) it might be Roslyn. Or Adama. Remember the movie with the flashback to a young Adama happening upon the early cylon experiments with humans (or human-looking cylons?)....

Hasn't Adama known Tigh for like, 40 years? Do cylons age? I wonder if what distinguishes these 5 from others is that they were humans first who were turned into cylons??

And maybe the whole ending of this series is gonna be something around the idea that cylons and humans were meant to live together in peace. Cool how Sam turned that last cylon attack back.

I agree with you...Six being in his head is so annoying...i;m in the UK...we don't get the new season until late April...can't w8. For UK fan's it's on SKY one....

I watched the first two episodes on Tuesday and I was blown away, I loved it! I thought it was such a great way to kick off this season. I especially loved Baltar being in Baltar's head hehe. Can't wait for more. I'm liking the tension between Roslin and Adama, although I do feel terribly sad that Roslin must die and she pretty much knows it. Can't wait for Tuesday to see more!
