Paula is TOTALLY losing her shit.

I gotta say, I was slightly bored by Elliott. I feel so bad for saying it b/c I like him, but I was tuning out.

ETA: My eardrums are officially bleeding. PLEASE tell me this is the last week I have to hear Pickler.

I'm not an Elliott fan .... and didn't think he was as great as the judges obviously did.

    Kelly.
    Kelly.
    Kelly.

She played the pouty-lipped-I'm-so-sorry-you-had-to-put-up-with-me-done-wrong-by-the-judges card again.

I'm am sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo upset that they treated Kathryn like that!

And I'll bet some producer gets his ass chewed for cutting Simon off with that music.

She is sounding good. This song suits her voice really well.

    Always have.

I truly do not understand everyone's fascination with her.

    "Think! Yewwwwwwwwwwwwwwww"
Stupid Minnie Mouse on helium voice of hers.

Taylor is awesome .... and Randy is a jackass .... I have lost all confidence in him and respect for him after tonight's show.

    I can't stand Paris either. I missed tonight's performances.

I hope Paris or the blonde idiot.

loved Elliott and Chris! I thought Katherine did a good job even though I don't really like her for some reason.

Are the judges deaf? I can't believe they all said Katharine was off ... either something was wrong with the sound in that room or it magically transformed into something much better when it came on tv. She was awesome.

Elliot was great too. The entire night was boring though, it's never a good idea to have all slower songs.

Taylor was disappointing, way off in the beginning.

We all know Chris has already won and apparently the producers don't care to hide that, with the special lighting and guitar players.

Paris was good but I think other genres are better for her. She makes it way too dramatic and it looks so planned out.

I won't even comment on Kellie, that was RIDICULOUS.

I seriously doubt that Chris wants the title of "American Idol." I think he's like Bo as he doesn't want to win, just wants the exposure.

At this point it doesn't matter if he wants it, the producers want it FOR him.

I voted for Elliot, Chris, and Paris. I think I'm the only person who still likes Paris.

For ONCE, the judges finally said something negative about Katherine. They said what I think every week about her. The song went great, bad, great, bad...whuh? That sucks for her because I always think that she sounds really good in rehearsal and then she gets on stage and I'm like, "ugh." I really can't stand her.

I'm disappointed with Taylor. BOO!!! This is a singing competition, so as much as it pained me to do it, I didn't vote for him tonight; he didn't deserve my vote.

The contestants have to work for it.

I'm watching it right now on my DVR. I have had the most horrid, stressful day, and have been homocidal in a few instances, and right now, Kellie Pickler's screeching is making me reach for the knife.

I agree with RHLauren, I thought Katherine tore it up. I thought she was great. It was like the judges watched something completely different.

Elliot, well, words fail me. Where's his website. I am signing up for his fan club. Yes, Paula is a slobbering drunk, but I agree with everything she said.

ETA: Oh lawd, Paris is gonna sing Barbra Streisand. That's more ballsy than singing Whitney.

ETA again: Well, I think she pulled it off. She didn't sound like she was trying to carbon copy Barbra. Barbara? Anywho, it was good.

Taylor was good. Not as good as I know he can be. Once again, he was best at the end when he started getting into it.

Chris. OMG. I've played it back twice and I want to play it again. Chris is the man. That was incredible and amazing, thank you TomKat. Damn, I want that performance burned into a cd to play in my car.

I'm now watching the short clips where they show the phone numbers. It struck me that Kellie sounded like she was trying to yodel, bless her pea-pickin' heart.

Preliminary DialIdol has Paris at the bottom and Kellie right above her, but both are considered in danger of going home. That's REALLY preliminary though, it'll be more solid mid-afternoon tomorrow. I'm glad to see Pickler isn't at the top for once (and neither is Chris by the way, Taylor is first right now).
