No. He didn't ask them about the save. But Randy and JLo were flipping out over her being eliminated. It was down to her and Steffano last night. Isn't that the third time Steffano has been in the bottom two and was saved? Lucky, lucky guy. He is a cute kid though, and seems to be really nice and has a great attitude.

Pia is beautiful and sings well but she's just empty to me. I get no sense of any personality beyond some conceit. Maybe she's a great person with a great personality but IMO it never showed. I thought Katherine McPhee was bad in this regard but Pia is worse.

Haley or Stefano should have been sent home.

I can't stand the way Haley sings, with that annoying growl thing she does in EVERY song. Can you imagine listening to her CD? It'd be as irritating as having to listen through all of James Blunt CD.

I admit that I haven't watched much but I have caught Pia singing twice now and WOW I thought she had an amazing voice, I actually thought she could win it all based on the little I did see. So I was shocked to see today the news. Geez, over that Haley girl and the insufferable moral pontifications of that guy Jacob? She was a beautiful girl with a great voice, I was really shocked.

Pia is a very good singer, but zero stage presence.

I just checked out her last performance and holy shit that girl has some pipes on her. I would actually buy something from her (if the content was actually good) because her voice is incredible. I get what you're saying about stage presence, but that's something I think can be improved on with anyone.

I always think it's hard for the girls in those fucking heels they put them in as well, they all just kind of totter around and don't seem to break into a rhythm, they look like they're scared of falling on the stairs, etc. I would love to see them just wear flats and give it a go. I know I would be terrified in those huge heels, but I hate walking in heels for too long anyway.

What's with making the girls wear these high shoes?! It's crazy, surely the wardrobe department has some decent shoes for them to wear, it's not a modelling contest.

Ok, so it's not just me. January's right about stage presence, though - Carrie Underwood had zero on AI at first but I've seen her in concert since then and she puts on a good show. She was pretty & could sing & they taught her the rest. Either that, or she became less inhibited or shy.

Is Haley the pretty girl with the curly hair? I always get a stripper presence from her, not sure why, plus she gets on my tits for some reason. The few times I've seen her I feel like she's a major bitch beneath all that veneer - which is okay. I'd actually rather see these kids be bitchy than all goody-goody, I hate all the insincerity. The only one I hate, hate, hate is Jacob - and the first time I heard him sing, I thought he had a great voice.

Yes, that's Haley. The growling thing is so played out IMO. She acts sex-kittenish.

the first time I thought he was good too. But he's turned into a screaming girl since then. He outgays himself everytime.

Does anyone feel bad for Stefano? I do....seriously, when they announced Pia was going home, the audience boo'ed, and the judges were all pissed. How do you think that makes Stefano feel? Poor kid.

Pia is beautiful and has a great voice, but was a bit conceited and didn't have the stage presence. Regarding the post above with Carrie Underwood not having alot of stage presence, that is true, but she didn't have a diva attitude either, she was a humble farm girl

I wish Jacob would've went home. Oh well.

I just can't believe that someone would say Pia has been a "diva"....or that they would in any way think it appropriate that she was sent home. I'm not watching this ridiculous tweeny-bopper-vote-for-a-cute-boy shit anymore. It's just not worth my time. She in no way deserved to come in 9th. Please.
