Almost every time I'm in a book store, I will eventually find myself in the graphic novel section browsing through the Walking Dead books. I find them really bleak, and once again, the thing with Carl's eye....[shudders]

Weakling..lol I'm kidding. That injury of Carl's was pretty bad!

Also, I recently read an article from October that said Kirkman had declared one character would never die...not sure about the veracity of the article, but if it is true, I called it years ago, lol.

There is a resemblance when both were the same age:

I have given this show hell for quite a while, but I think that may be the best episode I've ever seen! Totally awesome, and I didn't expect them to directly address what they left off in the mid-season finale. I expected exposition, not action. My mistake! I enjoyed the hell out of that!

As a dad with a son who looks more than a little bit like Carl, this episode really killed me. I know it deviated from the comic book in how it happened, but it was pretty devastating.

On the positive side, Daryl immortalized himself once again.

Re - the Talking Dead, I have to admit I was surprised to see Carrie Underwood was a fan. And the Wolf guy cleans up really well. When he was a character on the show, I kept thinking he looked like Dave Grohl.

I agree one of the best ever. I was jumping up and down cheering when Daryl saved the damn day more than once that episode.

That was an awesome episode. I thought The Wolf looked like Dave Grohl's and Michael Hutchence's lovechild. Finding out he was Australian made me smile. Loved everyone banding together to kill all the walkers.

I didn't start watching the show until I happened to see the episode when Glenn "died." I was sick a few weeks ago and binge-watched the entire series. This episode was one of the best, ever.

Incredible episode. Daryl saves all. When the motorcycles exploded the whole family stood and cheered. Poor Carl, I expected this to happen, but not this soon.

No one escapes death or has the luck of Glenn. I thought he was a goner. Abraham to the rescue!

Abraham asks the tough questions. Who's Deanna? Who's Negan.

According to IMDB, Negan doesn't appear until the final episode of this season. Curious about the script until them.

So Negan lasted all of 5 minutes, after that build up? Did I miss something?

The hardest part for me was watching that priest taking Judith away.

That was Negan's advance guard, Politesse. No doubt, he will be incredibly pissed off that someone wiped out about 10 of his guys and 10 of his motorcycles, plus various weapons.

Yep and it is making me fear for Daryl. My cousin thinks Daryl is going to be given Glen's death from the comics. I hope that isn't the case.

I only watch sporadically and didn't watch last night but my husband is a big fan and he was pissed. He said the cliff hanger from last episode wasn't addressed??

I'll kind of agree with that though I just figured he shut the fuck up and kept walking.
