    Default Canadian show ?

I love to watch HGTV (Home & Garden TV) and they have a few shows Im guessing based out of Canada. They end the shows with some flags and it says something about Canada.
Anyone from Canada watch or have you heard of these shows? Do you like any of them?
    Buy Me !
    Debbie Travis's Painted House
    Divine Design
I love House Hunters, Weekend Warriors and Design on a Dime
So I basically go from HGTV to Food Network to TLC to Discovery Health.

I love Debbie Travis' Painted House! I'm not a big fan of "Facelift" but I still love her to death. Otherwise, I don't watch HGTV that often.

A lot of the shows are based in Canada. Certainly Debbie Travis, and divine design
If I can't be a good example, then let me be a horrible warning.

And House & Home! And anything with Kimberly Seldon, who I don't really like... Ooh, and Holmes on Homes! But yeah, a lot of them are Canadian.

I like Food Network Canada, too ... Anna, Ina, Nigella ...

The thing that ticks me off about FNC lately is the over-abundance of non-cooking shows. It seems most of their current focus is on restaurants, kitchen makeovers, and 'reality' shows. I find myself watching less and less because I'm not interested in any of the above.

I agree . I'm not a huge fan of the restaurant and kitchen makeovers either.

My complaint about the Food Network is also all the "Food Challenges" they show and they are like 2-3 yrs old and they end up showing the same ones over and over. Ive seen one about BBQ in Memphis and Spam Cook off in Austin about 5 times.
Lets just hope FN is not turning into MTV, remember the days where MTV actually showed videos for 24 hrs?

I'm a Canadian in LA and I get a little homesick watching HGTV. There are also children's cartoons that my daughter watches, Little Bear, Franklin, The Comfy Couch, Caillou that are Canadian.

I like Divine Design, The Designer Guys, Look-A-Like(tv guide channel), and another HGTV show about colour (forget the name?)

Is it called Get Color, where the lady does the color pallet? If it is I love that show and I love how she introduces the colors.

Yup that's the one. You can really pick up on some great tips with that show.

I thought that was Colour Confidential. Looks like the same lady in that photo anyway. Not crazy about her, but I'm picky about my hosts and their levels of obnoxiousness. She knows her stuff, though.
