    Default Favorite Sitcoms...past or present

Big fan of the sitcom. Have some definite fav's over the years.
Heres mine in no particular order:

    Cheers
    All In The Family
    WKRP In Cincinnati
    Mary Tyler Moore
    Seinfeld
    Arrested Development

I'm sure there's more, just cannot think of them.

Seinfeld and Married....With Children are my old faves. As for new faves, Arrested Development, and I thoroughly enjoyed the UK version of the Office.

Seinfeld, hands down. Such a classic. When it was on originally, I didn't get it, and actually quite frankly, I hated it. But watching the reruns now, I LOVE IT!

I always like Barney Miller, and sometimes Roseanne just cracked me up.

OMG I totally forgot about Barney Miller!! That was a good show. Wojo.
And Roseanne, yes that was a good one too!!!

Funny, so far no one has mentioned MASH. It was a good show, but on WAY too long and got far too preachy for my taste. But had some laughs those first few years....

The UK version of The Office is the original. It's just "The Office." The US version is the copy!

Jeebus...how old were you when Cheers went off the air (in spring 1993)?

I started watching Cheers during its first run before Coach died, and WAY before Rebecca arrived on the scene!

I liked I Love Lucy, and that show with Archie Bunker's neighbors, I can't remember the name of it now. The family that was " Moving on up". Really I cannot remember the family.
