I can think of several who weren't even mentioned here.

Ellen Degeneres and Bill Pullman in Mr. Wrong (but I gues that was the point)
Jennifer Grey and Patrick Swayze in Dirty Dancing
Kate Winslet and Leo DiCaprio in Titanic
Tom Cruise and just about every leading lady barring his ex-wife Nicole (and sometimes her too)
Julia Roberts and Brad Pitt in The Mexican
Brittany Murphy and Ashton Kutcher in Just Married
Angelina Jolie and Antonio Banderas (unbelievably...who woulda thought?) in Original Sin
Bruce Willis and Michelle Pfieffer in Story of Us
JLo and Matthew Mc in Wedding Singer

Those are just a few that immediately popped to mind.

I thought they were annoying together, both as actors and their "relationship" in the movie.

aaron eckhart and katie holmes in 'thank you for smoking' are the first that came to mind. well, actually, katie holmes with anyone other than dawson or pacey feels weird.
eckhart was fantastic as nick naylor but katie was not believable at all in her role and there was zero chemistry between them.

Yes!! Jennifer Grey was SERIOUSLY miscast in that role. She was too rough looking, and not once could she convince me that Baby wanted to be with Patrick Swayze's character or deserved to be.

katie is such a terrible, wooden actress that she's not believable in anything. the only reason she was even convincing as joey is out of habit. we got used to seeing her play her for so many years.

I thought her a Fred Astair was mis-matched in Funny Face.

Agree. Leo still looked like a 15 year old even though he is actually older than Kate.
