My guess is that its not so much a "reality show" as it is a documentary sort of thing. By the looks of it its just going to be one episode, that shows the pagent life for little girls.

there was a documentary on HBO like this a few years ago. it was sooooo good. in a so bad it's good way. i wonder if it's any of the same people. i think i remember mr. tim.

i will watch this for sure.
