I've always wanted to go on this show. I think if they do another season, I'm going to apply for it.

There was one guy who got all bitter when he was voted off and said he felt abandoned and he was doing stuff at his own pace, but not really watching what he was eating or exercising that much.

I've considered applying too, but then I thought about it more and realized that would mean there's the potential for me to actually BE on a reality TV show, so I don't think I will.

LOL

Sorry, but I'm actually right in the range of most of the women's starting weight. I also wear a size 20.

I haven't finished the thread yet, but I just couldn't wait to say:

I LOVE MATT!!!

My crush started when he cut his hair. He just looks so HOT to me now!! He was handsome when he was swollen, but now he's S.M.O.K.I.N.'!!! I swear, if I ever see that man on the street I will full-out ACCOST HIM!! I'm glad he won. No, not just cuz of the crush! My reasons are manifold.

Thanks hun, but it's the absolute truth.

I had a body composition weight thing done last semester. In order for me to be at a healthy weight for my frame, I have to lose about 80 lbs. I have a large frame, so I'll never be one of those skinny girls. My current goal is to be in a size 14, that way I'd be healthier, still have curves (I know this has the potential to be really flame war starting, but I don't like the look of really skinny girls, I think all the curves and hip/butt and breasts are all very feminine and pretty), and be able to still wear the clothes at the store I work at.

I'm the same way as no day...I wear an 18/20 (in the cheap jeans anyway ) and according to the height weight ratio thing I'd need to lose 50-80 some pounds to be in a "healthy" weight range for my height. Its not so much that I'm fat fat, but I'm definitely chunky, and I have big boobs and big hips. I'm glad to say though that even though I'm heavier, I have the perfect waist to hip ratio percentage thing

I know I'm not as big as some of the people on the show, but first season there were some thinner people on there. They got voted off pretty quickly though lol. While it would be awesome to win the money, just losing the weight would be nice enough for me...

I saw the NBC page...apparently you need to send in a video tape of yourself. I have no video camera...is there any way you can rent those things out from somewhere or something? If not, I might just be stuck seeing if they come here on the casting call thing, or *gasp* just continuing to work on losing the weight by myself...lol
