Jackie Hatten, a woman who says she is a long-time friend of Anna Nicole Smith, is on Larry King Live tonight. She says that she's seen Howard K. give Anna Nicole all kinds of narcotic drugs over the years, and calling it "aggravated death." (Later in this thread there is a summary of what an attorney and a news reporter said they have as first-hand evidence.)

When I thought of the title for this thread, I wasn't thinking about evidence mounting for murder or manslaughter (well maybe a lesser manslaughter will come out but that's for the judge to decide). I was referring to the mounting circumstantial evidence that Stern may well not be the father of Dannielynn Hope Marshall Smith.

She's saying ANS told her Larry Birkhead is the father. That Anna Nicole was not in love with HKS. She helped facilitate ANS into rehab in 1995.

Now, Bonnie Stern, HKS's sister, says she never met, nor had she ever heard of this Jackie Hatten. Bonnie says she was around Anna for 2 years, almost everyday (involved in the TV show..?), and was somewhat close to the two...

OK that was 20 mins. now they've got HKS's sister on.

First of all, she says the baby is in hiding. Will not say whether HKS is back in the Bahamas.

She was around ANS for 2 yrs every day and never saw this Jackie person and never hear ANS say her name. (Whatever)

Her eyes flinched when she said something crucial about the DNA test. She says she tried to convince them to do it, but she couldn't. LKL tried to pin it down, but she kept saying they won't be convinced because "they don't want to give Larry what he wants." (Ha Ha it ain't the DNA sweethearts, it's the baby Larry would get.)

She says HKS was "madly in love" with ANS.

Next up: an attorney with breaking news about the estate.

(Who knows what "aggravated death" is?! LKL didn't try to clarify.)

Urp. Ron Rale-roader is on now (sorry for the bias, I just can't stand the guy). He is on HKS's side unofficially though he is technically ANS's attorney. Ahhhh, HKS is first executor and this yokel is second executor. That's it. Turds. They'll see to it that it works out in HKS's favor.

He doesn't want to answer when the will is going to go to probate. They aren't appointed officially yet (as executors).

He got hopping mad in the green room while watching Jackie. He says it wasn't sixteen yrs. ago the woman met Anna Nicole, he says 5-6 yrs. He says he knows for certain when they met because he was there. He says this woman's brother was convicted of terrorist threats in an L.A. court a while back.

He says ANS wanted Jackie kept away from her due to fear about the brother.

Now Alex Goen comes in (TrimSpa CEO). He says he belives ANS was not taking TrimSpa at the time of her death.

He questions what was in the refrigerator. He always saw lots of food when he was a visitor in her home. He's distraught but also angry that HKS is being portrayed the way he is.

Both Bonnie Stern and Goen are defending that ANS was ALWAYS the boss in the relationship.

Anna wanted that commitment ceremony, HKS thought the timing was wrong.

LKL wants to know why he doesn't do the DNA. He doesn't know. He says that ANS's love for Birkhead quickly turned to hate though they did love each other at one time.

Agreed it is definitely going to come down to credible witnesses and obviously, tangible evidence. Circumstantial evidence cannot, however, be completely ruled out.

Actually, next up is the prime minister we saw in the bed with ANS. He's got on a dapper suit, looking very official.

She refused to sign the final purchase documents and was in unlawful detainer on the house. No stuff was taken from the house, they're hiding the true issue: the ownership of the house.

Let them enumerate the stuff that was taken. He doesn't believe it. How long will HKS be allowed to stay? 2/26/07 there is a court hearing to determine what is the true ownership of the property. The outcome of that will determine whether he stays or goes.

Next up: Tony Potts critcizing HKS for having cameras on the plane talking about ANS. Whew. Calling it blood money and really going after HKS. Only about the money.

Harvey Levin going after HKS. (Sorry Bonnie Stern you're the sister not credible). Why not just end the DNA situation right now. Larry Birkhead is the dad according to Levin.

Tony Potts: The baby is the gravy train, the min. the baby is found not to be his daughter, his gravy train ends.

(I'm getting the feeling that the DNA test may have to take place in the Bahamas. Well, Debra Opri said she'd go there if she has to. So I think the strategy on her part has been to try and get them to come to the U.S. and then be able to show either (1) Birkhead is the dad-end of story or (2) that they're uncooperative and let them make themselves look bad.)

Tony Potts: He learned first-hand that there is an audio tape of ANS calling her mother after Daniel died, HKS comes into the room and slams the phone down. Apparently someone is in possession of the tapes.

Harvey Levin had a report of a face-to-face betw. Bahamian officials and HKS. At least one witness is going to testify that HKS gave Daniel the methadone the day he died. They're concerned that methadone showed up in ANS's room the day she died.

He's concerned that HKS is showing up all through the heart of this problem. Tony Potts agrees. Harvey says ANS told HKS she didn't want to have anything more to do with him after Daniel died.
