    Default Grammy Awards

I was sitting here watching the Grammy's and was wondering if anyone else was watching.
I'm an awards show freak, so I love these things.

    So far it's been ok...
    The Police performed.
    Beyonce performed.
    The Dixie Chicks performed.
Mary J. Blige won for Best R&B Album.
Tony Bennet and Stevie Wonder won an award.
Now, Justin Timberlake's performing, What Goes Around.

So, is anyone else watching? What do you think so far?

Justin holding the camera in his own face while singing was so ridiculous. I laughed so hard I almost wet my pants.

Not normally a Beyonce fan, but her performance was great, and she looked nicer than she has lately.

Loved Christina and Mary J. Blige.

Justin was a bit hokey, but still very talented.

The Police was a bit disappointing. Sting didn't even hit any high notes. It was a very blah version of Roxanne.

Big night for the Dixie Chics. I wasn't expecting that. I barely knew they were around this year.

Looks like Smokey Robinson went to his surgeon and asked for the "Kenny Rogers" special.

i didnt see it all...but i dvr'd it..so i will watch it today when i get home from work (well the good parts anyway)..but i did catch Ludacris accepting an award, and i thought it was great that he shouted out to Oprah...because she didnt want him on her show when she had the cast from Crash on..because of his lyrics

i agree w/ justin being hokey, the camera thing was dumb..i love that song though. I want to see how the girl he picked did with the song they were going to do together...was that any good??

i wasnt impressed with Beyonce at all..good song, but BORING performance...i was hoping she would sing Irreplaceable

and i was ticked i missed The Police

I agree that Beyonce's performance was boring. MTV.com is reporting that she was feeling ill. She has the stomach flu, so maybe that had something to do with her performance being flat.

Ludacris also gave a shout-out to Bill O'Reilly. I thought that was kinda funny.

MSN is reporting that Ludacris said something about his "partner" being in critical condition, and then saying "I love you to death."( I could've sworn he said "father", not "partner") and that it was a curious choice of words...

^^Theyve now changed it to "father", but the rest of the paragraph reads the same, about the curious choice of words (scroll down to the bottom):
