Default Movies with the best plot twists

I love movies with a twist, wondering if anyone could suggest good ones, or agree with my choices

Derailed (kind of saw it coming but still good)
Employee of the Month (NOT the jessica simpson movie, the matt dillon one- that one blew me away, awesome movie)

Looking for more good movies with good twists!

I'm fed up with all the tacked-on 'twists' of recent movies. Often it's just lazy writing to get the most impact out of an ending that doesn't make sense.

I immediately thought The Usual Suspects when I saw the title of this thread! Sixth Sense comes in at a close second.

Nothing will ever top "The Usual Suspects." I watched that movie 5 times in two days, trying to pick up on other cleverly-placed hints regarding Keyser Soze. Awesome movie.
